A licensed marriage and family therapist, Jorge Galindo operates a private practice in Irvine, California, which he shares with his wife, Miriam Galindo, Psy.D. Among other services, he provides court-referred assessments for adolescents, adults, and families. Trained to work with individuals and families in crisis, Jorge Galindo is a certified domestic violence provider; he also holds certification in critical incident stress debriefing.

Jorge Galindo holds a Master of Psychology from Trinity College of Graduate Studies and undertook his doctoral studies at the University of Southern California and Alliant International University. Following completion of his master's degree, Galindo held a succession of exceptional internship including drug and alcohol diversion, anger management and other behavioral counseling. He also received training in the assessment and treatment of biplor spectrum disorders.

Concurrent with his internships at the Center for Creative Alternatives, Jorge Galindo served as an Administrative Clinician for the Health and Human Services Group. In that role, he assisted federal law enforcement by providing violence and suicide assessments and critical incident stress debriefings. He also held responsibility for intakes, case management, and follow-ups.

Mr. Galindo held several roles at Olive Crest Treatment Centers. As a Clinician, he provided therapy for adolescent trauma survivors. Later, he developed treatment plans and managed cases for individuals, groups, and families. Jorge Galindo has been in private practice since 2000. In addition to his work as a therapist, he serves as a Reserve Deputy Sheriff in the Orange County Sheriff's Department.
